Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more (within the contiguous United States)

Shipping rates and free shipping eligibility are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@charmstrap.com and include photos of the damage.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us so we can assist further.
